It comes with an 80 gig Hard Drive, DVD-ROM PLAYER/RECORDER (Make your music and BUMP IT IN THE RIDE INSTANTLY) 128mb Compact Flash, And 5mb Flash Memory, This thing is FULLY LOADED. Originally it was White but I bought the standard black casing for it, But I still have the White casing as well, So You can switch it to whatever look you prefer. The only flaws is where I removed the white casing, you can see where the paint chipped from removing the screws (Pic #8) but with the screws on you will not notice it. Other than that this unit DOES NOT HAVE A SCRATCH ON IT, It is in MINT CONDITION I would give it a 9 1/2 out of 10 only because I did use it, so therefore I cannot list it as new. Unit has very little use on it, And was babied when used. It has the AKAI OS 1.23 installed.” Link

This one features a MPC-2000XL SE-3 with 8-output board installed. Nice looking 2000, easily the nicest out of the series with the revamped cases. Link

This would be a good deal if your name was Skyrock, however if it’s not, I don’t know why you would want someone else’s name on an expensive MPC 3000. Looks nice otherwise. Link

I have owned practically every Akai drum machine from the MPC60 Mk1 onwards, and though for me, the MPC3000 has the edge for crunchy fat audio, in terms of features, this is the king of them all. It’s really more a fully featured midi workstation than just a sampling drum machine, but with an inbuilt hard drive, CD W/WR and those lovely Akai drum pads (assignable to 6 banks of sounds) & rock solid timing, this really is a beat maker’s dream machine. On board memory is fully expanded to 512MB and I have transferred my entire collection of vintage drum machine samples (over 200 machines) to the hard drive. Also included is the analog expansion board and S/PDIF digital I/O.
This MPC has only been used in a smoke free studio environment – there are a few cosmetic scratches to the paintwork, but basically it’s in excellent condition and comes in the original box with manual. On eBay UK. Easily the best of the S1000 line, as this has an internal HD. No description of configuration (RAM, expansion cards, OS Version), but the Buy It Now price definitely makes it worth a chance. Link
