In exceptionally good condition, used AKAI MPC3000 with Forat Customization, including, Wood Side Panels, Silver Paint, internal SCSI Zip Drive, and impossible to find VGA output card!! What can I say, I love this MPC more than my children, if I had any, but it’s just time to let her go. She’s got it all, looks, style, and SOUND!! Forget what you’ve heard, this is the BEST sounding MPC ever!! Period! The newer units don’t even compare when it comes to clarity and PUNCH of the sound coming out of this machine. This MPC3000 was very well cared for and has just two very tiny, I mean tiny, blemishes in the custom paint. I had to use my camera’s Macro-mode to get a good picture of them for you which you can see below. This MPC 3000 is 100% fully functional and the backlight is bright blue as it was recently replaced. One extra thing that you’ll find with this MPC over other Forat customizations is that this one doesn’t have anybody’s silly name on it. It’s clean and ready for you to pound out some hits on it, just as I did. =) I will pack extremely carefully, and I will ship with a IEC Power cable and one (1) blank Zip disk for you to get to work right away. This is a very impressive sampler. The 8 outputs are perfect to make it become a solid drum machine. The cutoff is also amazing. Simple but rocking. The S900 can be a serious tool for anybody trying to get that really fat and dirty sound in the drum area.The key is to blow the sound up either before or after sampling. It might be considered old gear, but the S900 has it’s own personality and character. “This is an amazing condition Akai ASQ10 sequencer. This is the sequencer only version of the infamous MPC 60 sampling drum machine. This unit is in immaculate, nearly new condition. I will include the original box, manual and packing materials from the factory. As I stated before this unit is in nearly new condition with few signs of use.; The screen is bright like the day it came from the factory. I bought this from a guy who used it for one project and then it has sat in storage since. This is a very rare unit and a must for anyone who loves Roger Linn’s Masterpieces, the MPC 60 or MPC 3000.
