“Up for auction is a used but great condition Akai MPC3000LE Sampling Drum Machine I recently purchased here on eBay. It comes with the following: 1.44 Floppy Drive (I tested it and though these are slow it does work), 3.11 OS on Rom (see photo), SCSI (of course & works too), 16mb ram (see photo) and AC power cable. Both side arm’s paint is peeling off (see photo) and the arm rest has little paint scratches but all these pieces can be repainted or dumped for some wooden ones you’d see @ Forat.com for a few bills. The backlight screen works but it’s not THAT bright but again that can easily be replaced for cheap. I don’t have a manual or original shipping box but I will bubble-wrap this baby to death for added protection. The 16 pads all work great and there are no small tears or dimples on any of them.” Link

Old school Sampler mit sehr schönen und warmen Sound dank echten analog Filter !

Samples können in Echtzeit mit den Reglern bearbeitet werden, einzigartig. Ausserdem ist die Autoloop-Funktion genial. Nie war es so einfach zu samplen.

Mit dazu gibt es noch eine Menge an Disketten zum Soundspeichern.

Alles komplett verbaut im Hardcase.
Der Sampler funktioniert einwandfrei, auch das seltene dazu passende Diskdrive funktioniert, man muss lediglich den Deckel beim speichern und laden gedrückt halten.

for sale a rare akai s-612 sampler with the ultra rare md-280 diskdrive. it comes with lots of disks and a hardcase ( where everything is built in ). the sound of the s-612 is very warm and full. thanks the real analog filter inside. everything works fine on the s-612, the md-280 diskdrive works also, but you have to hold the disk door while load and save. please ask for international shipping costs.

ok asche auf mein haupt, ich habe eine mpc optisch gemeuchelt – ich habe kein talent was basteln angeht. ich wollte eine schwarze mpc, mit roten drehknopf a la waldorf und internem scsi zip drive statt diskette. ergebnis: idee ok, wenn man das geschick dazu gehabt hätte (ich nicht). mit einem dremel wurde ein loch für einen scsi anschluß in die rückseite gesägt, da ein internes anschließen des scsi zip nicht ging. die lackierung ist schlicht daneben gegangen und müsste enfernt werden, der drehknopf geht zwar noch, aber läuft nicht so sauber, auch was für jemanden mit talent. die scheibe vor dem display musste vor dem lackierversuch ausgebaut werden, sie müsste auch wieder richtig eingesetzt werden. das diskettenlaufwerk müsste man auch wieder richtig einsetzen.

also nochmal, sorry für das optische meucheln einer MPC…

ich habe das gerät eingeschaltet, display geht, es meckert nach der startdisk, die ich nicht mehr habe, die eingelegte diskette wird angesteuert und weil es nicht die startdisk ist meckert die mpc weiter, sprich scheint technisch ok zu sein.

für einen handwerklich versierten dürfte das kein großes problem das was ich (leider) mit der MPC angestellt habe wieder auszubügeln – ich kann sowas leider nicht.

Comes with standard 2MB ram, latest o/s v4.3 on floppy, a few sounds on an original Akai floppy (Work Station #5 DANCE) plus original manual and a power lead.
