“This listing is for my Akai S2000 sampler. It had had an internal SCSI header and ribbon cable added to the PCB and power supply leads. This makes the sampler extremely useful as the internal floppy drive can be directly replaced with a zip or Jaz drive. The operating system can be transferred to the drive as well as all your samples. No need to link to a PC using Mesa etc with very long waiting times for samples to load. ( I have also listed a 2GB internal Iomega Jaz drive which will fit this sampler)

The Sampler is in very good condition with a few light scratches on the top of the casing, fully working.

Comes with O/S2 floppy disk and printed manual.

Fully expanded memory to 32MB

“Hi. Here I have my mpc 500. I am selling due to a move towards software production. It is in excellent working order only things to note are a few bits of cosmetic wear as shown on the photos(paint has come off in the middle of the large dial and a very small scratch on the bottom right hand corner of the screen all of which is very minor and in no way effects the usability of the machine) I am including a USB cable, 2gb memory card, mains adaptor and a pair of RCA cables. Please be aware that this has not been upgraded to the 128 exm internal memory. ” Link

“For sale I have a great piece of sampling kit. This mpc has served me well and has a very comfortable work flow. A few things to note….the machine has the 32mb memory upgrade, it has the compact flash card upgrade however I can only get it to work with an akai 128 mb card which I have included, not to sure if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s a case of formatting the cards in a particular way and there is no 8 outs upgrade. As I said this machine is in great condition and works well. Included is a power lead and a pair of RCA cables aswell as a 128mb cf card. ” Link

“The MPC 1000′s cursor(all 4 directions) and the 16 level tact switches are worn, but I have new ones (as shown in the picture), you would have to install them yourself. The MPC 1000 has JJOS, maxed out (exm128) ram, and new drum pads. The 1000 also has minor cosmetic wear, but nothing outstanding. Ich verkaufe meinen voll ausgebauten Akai Sampler inklusive eines SCSI Laufwerks der Firma ORB mit 3 dazugehörigen 2.2 GB Disks und einem passgenauen und sehr gut erhaltenen Haubencase der Firma Thon (siehe Bild). Dieses Case ist speziell für die Mpc 2000xl gefertigt wurden.

Die MPC ist funktionstüchtig, mit maximaler Speichererweiterung auf 32Mb (IB-M208P) und dem optionalen Effektboard (EB-16) ausgestattet. Der Sampler befindet sich in einem guten Zustand und ist mit den zusätzlichen 8 individuellen Outputs versehen. Das Display weist keinerlei Kratzer auf.

Hervorzuheben ist ein von mir aufgebrachter Aufkleber auf der Frontseite (siehe Bild). Deutsche Bedienungsanleitung liegt bei.
