“This is the basically the sequencer brain of the MPC-3000 sans the pads!! If you know anything about the MPC’s swing that all new jack companies
are copying, then this right here is the master from whence they copied the technique and the others are the pupils.” Link

“Up for sale is a AKAI Mpc 1000 BK (the black model). The mpc is in excellent condition and works perfectly. It has been upgraded with the fat pads, it has the maxxed out sample time (over 12 minutes) with the 128 ram installed, and it has the jj OS installed. if you are going to buy an MPC 1000, this is the one you want to buy. i have babied this machine and it has always been covered in a smoke free studio when not in use.” Link
“Up for grabs is a used mpc 500. Works perfectly. Comes with 128 hd, carrying case, printed manuals, and power cord. Only problem I had with it was when I inserted the 128 hd, check memory pops up. However when I remove the hd it works fine. This could be an easy fix as I am not familiar with the mpc (I might be sticking with my native instruments maschine).” Link
Akai has always made 5 Star Quality products. The mpc2000xl has produced many multiplatium albums.
Used Mpc2000XL with following issues:
1.) Screen currently has one line of blank pixels….you can see in the picture!!!
All other functions of this legendary gear continues to function, including syncing to software like ProTools, Fruity Loops, Garage Band, Logic, and more!
1 – 100 MB Zip Disk with sound kits.
1 – 1/8″(headphone male) to 1/4″(quarter inch male) so you can plug your headphones in and get started right away.” Link
“This Ebay listing is for the Beige AKAI 2000 XL with internal 250MB zipdrive and power cord. Nothing else in the photos or videos is included in this auction. ” Link
“Awesome machine right here! the 16 bit sampling of this machine really adds that grit to samples and drums. This machine is fully functional, no broken buttons, no lines in the screen, no busted variation slider – It all works! Then you have the upgraded ram 32MB which maxes out sampling time to just over 3 minutes. This particular machine also comes equipped with a Compact Flash card reader(and the 512mb card) which is arguably the most important upgrade to any MPC2000xl. With the CF reader you will never have to worry about unreadable floppies or Zip disks or your Floppy/Zip drive not functioning. Compact Flash is very reliable! So, whats the catch? Well, I just need money. I’m saving up for a 3000!” Link
” My name is Chad Elliott aka Dr ceuss Grammy nominated and multi platinum producer…This Drum machine has blessed artist such as destiny child, DMX and more.. This machine is loaded with sounds from Swizz beats, chad “dr ceuss” Elliott Devante Swing.. I am no longer active in producing and have decided that I would rather see this great machine benefit someone else then sit in my studio collecting dust…. Let this machine bring you the same success I’ve had and more…” Link
“Selling my Akai MPC 3000 LE which I bought a year ago. Since then I installed the ram upgrade (32 mb) and bought an iomega zip drive (SCSI) which holds 100 mb of data on each disk. The bottom right pad doesn’t work so it will need to be replaced if you’re bothered, the dial knob is indented but still usable (bought it like this and hasn’t hindered me) and the backlight LCD doesn’t work. Considering you’re buying this MPC for it’s legendary warm sound and swing I’m sure these issues won’t phase you that much. Plus, they’re all low cost items if you want to replace them. I’ve factored these in to the cost based on market value.” Link

Lieferumfang (siehe Bild):
– AKAI MPC 2000
– diverse Disketten” Link
“Akai mpc 500 128mb ram comes with 128mb cf card power cable and manual original box in very good condition ” Link
The unit has been owned by me from new and has been boxed in storage for a number of years.
Although fully operational the screen has certainly seen better days and really needs replacing (see photo), especially for someone who is not very familiar with the MPC operating system. Replacement screens are easy to come by and are not difficult to install. Apart from this the unit is fully functional.
The unit still has the original box, although this is without the internal polystyrene packaging.
There is an RCA digital I/O, and SCSI connection (see photos).
There are a few small stickers on the faceplate (these should be fairly easily removable) and some minor scratches to the paintwork.
Also included are the original OS disks and 3 x floppy disk starter library.” Link
Technically it’s in very good condition, everything works as AKAI 2000XL should be. All pads, buttons and knobs are functional and I never had any problem with the system!
There’s no bad pixels on the screen as described by posted pictures. It has 32MB of RAM for holding samples while creating a beat.
Cosmetically as you can see it has some minor scratches on sides resulting from day-to-day usage.
It has installed build-in card reader as described by added pictures for ease of use and speed. I usually uploaded WAV samples from my laptop to the Flash card, moved flash card to AKAI and uploaded samples to the box for sampling and/or beat making.
Additionally, I’m adding more than 8GB of WAV samples therefore it will take you ages to go through all of them! Enjoy!
Finally, as you might expect, I’m adding a UK power cable :)” Link
