“Overall condition good, 16MB ram, original box (no manual) although widely available as a PDF. Online. All 16pads etc etc responsive. Original 32MB CF card included.

If looking at this listing then chances are you know what it does, industry standard sampler, AKAI set the benchmark with the MPC series. Reasonably portable (roughly the same size as a A4 sheet of paper)
