“I’m sure if you’ve come this far and are reading this then the Akai needs no introduction.

The first thing I need anybody interested in buying this unit is that it is not working 100%. There is an intermittent cut out of the inputs or outputs, I’m not sure which. So sometimes it works perfectly and others it doesn’t work at all. I’m sure if you know what your doing with electronics then this is something that can be fixed, more than likely a bad connection somewhere.

If your still interested i can say that it comes with the original box and instructions. It has never been gigged and lived it’s whole life in a one of the racks of our old studio. ” Link

“Up for auction is an extremely cool analog filter section made by Akai. This thing sounds amazing! All of its functions have been tested and work perfectly. It’s cosmetically in practically new condition. You can make any cheap keyboard sound MUCH better, or augment an already great synth. I put a number of casios through this and was amazed to say the least. I have not pictured it, but I’ll include a standard IEC cable that’s in great shape as well.” Link
