“This auction is for an Akai MPC 1000 in mint condition. It was only used twice. I just don’t have the time to use it. It looks just like it did when taken out of the box for the first time. Included is a never opened 120 GB HDD with mounting kit (also never opened). Also included in the auction is a 256 MB RAM module that will be read by the machine as 128MB. The factory issued compact flash card is included and I added some purchased sounds to it. Last is the power cord, usb cable, owner’s manuals and original packaging.” Link

” Here is an Akai MPC1000 up for grabs. It has a couple of tiny nicks and scratches that are pretty hard to capture with a camera but is fully functional and looks pretty nice.
The metal plate on the back and bottom has a little bit of discoloration (probably from oily fingers like many others I have seen). One of the tiny plastic screw tabs on the bottom that hold the end caps on has broken but said end cap is still well attached.

This unit is stock with no upgrades. Bare-bones and ready to do whatever you like. Sold as-is and guaranteed not to be DOA.

“This MPC 1000 has the upgraded pads already installed and ready to go. It is also upgraded with the 128mb of ram and I am including a 2gb sandisk compact flash. It is running the jj os.3.08vas well. Great piece of equipment made plenty of good beats with it and hopefully you do too!!!
