Included items are : MPC2000, ZIP Drive w/ SCSI cable (100MB), boot disk, power cord, manual. While an older model than the 1000 or 2500..my opinion is that none of those match the sound of the unit or feel of the pads on the original. This is a beautiful example of the renowned MPC 2000.

It has been been used in a smoke-free studio and is in excellent condition. It has always been carefully transported and shows very little signs of use. In fact, it is surprising just how clean and tidy it is. There are virtually no scratches on the work surface, although some dust has shown up in the photos!

The MPC has been fully expanded which means,

* 32 mb sampling memory
* Output expansion card fitted – 8 assignable outs with Digi I/O
* Multi-FX expansion effects card fitted – giving two assignable effects buses.

The Auction includes,

* Akai MPC 2000 – Fully Expanded – + power lead
* Boot disc 1.72
* Paper Manuals for the software updates

* 2 x Iomega Zip drives + power supplies

“Here is Akai MPC 2000 workstation up for sale.This item was previously owned and is in very poor condition. Displays clear heavy signs of prior intense wear such as numerous scuffs and marks on the body ( please see the pictures). There are a lot really tiny dot-like dents on the front panel. As you can see in the pictures the display has some “dead” pixels. But besides that the unit is in fairly good shape. When it powers up it makes noise. I have been using it this way for a while now as i can make out the controls and know my way around it so its no big deal. I wouldnt recommend this to someone that is just learnign to use the MPC but for someone familiar it should be an easy fix or may not be an issue as it wasnt for me. The MP is loaded with the 8 output expansion, max memory, and all pads and inputs/outputs function perfectly. I will also be including a TRS 8 channel snake so that you can use the 8 outs to a multitack machine to record from the seperate outputs. An Iomege 100 scsi zip drive is included along with 9 zip disks. As picture i also have a NICE custom made case that fits the MPC and the zip disks. If you would like the case its going to be 60.00 for shipping, without the case will be 30.00, just let me know once the auction has ended(the case is worth it though). Also included will be a DVD loaded with 300 REAL breaks from records for chopping and TONS of drum kits that i have compiled(dope drums)Included is all power cords and scsi cords, plus all manuals and boot disks(both floppy and zip).
