In fine condition. Purchased a few months ago for use in a non-smoking home studio.

All buttons/lights/inputs/outputs checked and working fine.The jog wheel is present but tends not to work a lot of the time. I have purchased a new jog wheel encoder and a simple soldering job should fix this. Additional encoder will be included with item in original packaging. Note that unit can still be used perfectly in the meantime (with buttons).
In very good condition. New backlight has been installed for a clear display. Screen has no missing pixels.
Black pads and sensors have been bought and professionally installed. All pads tested and work fine. Dust cover, printed manual and DVD of mpc 3000 tutorial included.
A new CF card reader has been bought, installed, and works perfectly. CF card will be provided with an assortment of professional drum and instrument sounds provided.
Finally, this unit has the (now difficult to get) Vailixi Operating system installed. This improves the features (you can edit samples while they play (!)), performance, adds compression and enables the mpc to format disks so that Windows can read them.

Compact flash drive just makes at amazingly quick to load and save your work/samples with much more capacity. A floppy is about 1.4MB and a compact flash card has 750mb. What a huge difference.

“Hey. For sale is my AKAI mpc 3000 LE in great condition. This is pretty much every upgrade you could want and is the ultimate 3000. I have only had the unit 3 months and have done quite a few upgrades to it, in mind for keeping it as my main machine. Unfortunately I have to let it go, which I am really upset about, but I need to free up some funds asap, and this is the only part of my studio I can sell. I do have another sampler that I will have to use to get me by.

This item has been gently used – It was put on the shelf after only a handful of hours of use, and it’s time to find her a new home. I do not have the time anymore, and really never got started with it. Now I guess it deserves to be put to good use! If you can find a low-hours unit in this condition then grab it, because these are very rare!
Every button, slider, and knob works perfectly as it should, no issues there. LCD screen is not scratched except for some microscopic surface swirling that you can see if you strain but not enough to be captured in photo. Characteristic of an item like this, it does have minor dents, dings, & scrapes on casing / rails, but nothing that effects the performance or functionality in any way.
