“I bought this MPC 500 for one of my band members to use and he only used it a few times. It has been sitting unused in the box for about a year. It’s time to let it go. It is in perfect working condition with no visible ware and tear. It comes with the expandable 128MB RAM card and a 1GB Kingston Compact Flash memory card. I will try to get the original user manual and compact flash memory card back from my friend before the item ships but in the event that I cannot retrieve them, know that I am including a much bigger Compact Flash card than what originally came with the MPC, and the user manual can be downloaded from the Akai website.” Link

Includes the original Akai 128mb memory card. There is a ding in the metal enclosure above the display, but it has no effect on the performance of the machine, please see picture. Works perfectly, I sampled, sequenced and loaded/saved some patterns to test out. Updated the OS using the download from the Akai Pro website. ” Link
