The floppy drive has been replaced with a USB drive (1,000x the storage).
Maxed out RAM (32 MB, allows more samples to chop up real-time)
This is far more than a drum pad/sampler/sequencer, you can essentially program your entire setup through this thing if you want.
There are myriad reasons this is a truly impressive piece of gear, but my personal favorite is the option to NOT quantize triggers/beats/sequences. This really adds a lot to the music (there are loads of YouTube videos showing how this has been used for decades to bring life to beats).
Sold as is, no returns, only due to the age. But, again, this is a functional unit as shown in pictures.
