In good working order. The bracket that the rec & main volume pots are attached to have bent at some point in its lifetime. They still work perfectly fine and can easily just be bent back into position if you really need them to be, but as I said, it doesn’t affect their use in any way so I never bothered.
The pads are in great condition despite what the one photo shows. When I originally received the item, the pads were really dirty and I cleaned it up and the dirt had left some marks.
