Akai MPC 2000XL with 32MB RAM, 8-outs

“I’m selling my beloved MPC, It’s fairly heartbreaking to be honest, I’ve loved this like it was my own child, I’ve upgraded to a mpc 2500 but I figure I can always sell it and get another 2000xl if I don’t get on with it, which could well be the case.
The MPC is in excellent condition with the 8 outs (Most on ebay don’t have the 8 outs installed and the board retails for £120) and maxed memory, original box, manual, 2 blank zips and mains cable. The only problem is the post slider doesn’t work – if you check forums it’s a very common problem with 2000xls, you can get one for $15 from mpcstuff.com. The only reason I never bothered is that there’s nothing you can’t do if it doesn’t work, any program parameters – velocity, filter, attack, decay, can all be edited, set and variated live in the programs edit screen, and with less margin for error as you can set specific values. Having said that if you wanted to get a new one $15 from mpc stuff and I’ve read somewhere that it’s fairly simple to install.
* 8 OUTPUTS – Useful to bounce tracks out individually into a DAW for mixing, getting an MPC without the 8 outs boards means you will have to either send the track in stereo (-ie you won’t be able to mix it) or send each pad one by one separately – This optional add-on retails upwards of £100
* Built in zip drive
* Maxed memory
* Solid, firm pads
* Excellent screen condition no missing pixels
* I’ll throw in 2 blank zip discs
* ORIGINAL BOX and manual (the manual’s cover isn’t in the greatest condition)” Link
