“I’m selling my MPC 2500 as I’m upgrading to the 5000. It’s been fully upgraded to the 128MB RAM, JJOS, and a mighty 160GB Hard drive! 149GB of this is real space and as you can see in the picture, even when loaded with samples, there is still over 100GB left. All of the samples will be left on, as you can choose to erase them if they’re not your thing. The MPC itself is in great condition, with only a few minor surface scratches on the plate. The original box, manual and usb lead are also included. I used the MPC with the JJ operating system which is still installed, but if you prefer the original, it’s a simple download from the Akai site.
