“Up for auction is a gently used Akai MPC3000. This unit works great but has a few minor cosmetic and functional issues. First, the back light is out and will need to be replaced. You can still adjust the contrast, but as far as I know, there are supposed to have fully backlit screens. Second, it appears that a few of the knobs have worked loose (see photo of me gently pushing the knobs over to show you what I am talking about) but appear to still work.
All in all this unit is in usable condition, but has seen some honest use and possibly some neglect. We cleaned it up well, but we think it came from a smoking home because of the discoloration. ” Link
