“There are 2 flaws on this mpc. 1) Both recording inputs do work but for some weird reason I can’t get both to record in stereo I always recorded in mono since I just made hip-hop beats and was not a big issue for me I just made sampled beats. But both inputs do work just not in stereo recording just mono left/mono right as individual inputs. Again both do not work at the same time. 2) The SYNC board has gone bad. It’s hard to find one to replace. Other than those 2 issues everything else works fine. I suggest watching those two youtube videos to give you an understanding. I load a beat up pretty quick at SCSI writing speed.
MPC 3000 with new LCD screen. Selling as is, everything else works perfectly fine. Excellent low pass filter, has custom vailixi 3.5 O.S so you can chop/edit samples while the sequencer is playing. It has scsi2sd upgrade aswell which is an SD card that acts as a SCSI drive so you do not have to deal with any floppy disks or zip disks, you can save everything internally and then transfer it over to your laptop for backup by ejecting the SD card. It is internally inside the MPC 3000 so again no headache with floppys and the saving/loading time is 3x faster than floppy writing time. I will be double boxing the mpc 3000.
