It is in full working order, perfect condition, not a mark on the MPC atal. It comes with all of the original manuals, it comes in the original box, power supply, USB cable so you can plug it into your PC or MAC to transfer songs on the MPC, 128 MB MPC Flash Card and of course the Akai MPC 500 itself.
