It has been outfitted with the VIMANA OS that retains many of the quality-of-life features of the Akai MPC-3000 but doen’t affect the punchy sound quality of the MPC-60. Physically it is in good shape with a few marks here and there, mostly on the top/back of the unit. The buttons and pads are in very nice shape. Backlight is dim but readable, at night you may need a nearby lamp or light. Power supply has some brand-new Nichicon high-quality, long life capacitors. I replaced the aging floppy drive with a new HXC Floppy Drive emulator. This allows you to save your files to a USB drive for quick saving/loading. It is also FAR more reliable than using floppy disks. On a single USB drive you can store thousands of sounds, sequences, and songs. I will also include a power cable for the MPC.
