“Up for sale is a Akai S01 rack sampler. It has some rack rash and isn’t pristine, but it is fully functional. It samples and formats and reads disks fine. I’m including the manual, power cord, and some floppies. Some of the floppies are the original four which came with the sampler, however all but one of them are unfunctional due to age. The other disks are some freshly formatted imation disks that work fine and a disk containing some crude samples I made of a Boss DR.55 drum machine. All of these disks work fine, I sampled too them successfully, then successfully reformatted them once I decided to sell the unit. I’m getting rid of this thing for one reason, its way too big, otherwise I’d have to say its the easiest sampler I’ve ever owned. Great easy to use interface if you don’t require complicated sample mangling.” Link
