“The red one doesnt turn on and the dirtier one makes a buzz sound when turned on with no lights. All i did was replace the fuse for both of these since that’s all I read about. Don’t know anything further than that and I prefer getting my money back right now than spending time investigating and fixing pcb’s. Bought a service manual to get the fuses, too.
